Le Havre Ferry to Pont de Normandie

Hi, Does anyone know the route from the Le Havre ferry port through to the Pont de Normandie Bridge please?
I remember someone putting it up on here before but I cannot find it!.
I'm going over on Friday so a quick reply would be very well received!
