I ordered some bib shorts from Leisure Lakes Bikes, only to get an email back the next day saying that they were out of stock and they'd not be getting any more in. I opted for a full refund, and replied to tell them so.
Six days later I'd not heard another word from them, so I emailed them again. They've not replied to that yet either, and the money's still not been credited back to me.
Anyone had any issues with this company before? I've used them a few times without any problems before, but this is the first time I've needed a refund.
