I am 26 years, and am finally wanting to use a gym bike, but every time I try to use one the right foot always with out fail hits the bar. The foot has always stuck out to the right and has no arch. I am basically trying to see if anyone knows of a good solution.
1. They aren't the spin bikes.
2. The normal 1 strap that are on the bikes are not good enough to hold the foot straight.
3. Pedals are fixed on at gym so can't change them.
I don't mind if I have to get different shoes, I have also tried looking for clipon type cleats for anysize pedal but don't exist as far as I know.
Please Help! Matt
