My route is in the Downloads section. Its in GPX format. You can load each section up in bikehike - have a look at it in familiar OS mapping, decide if you like it, and if so download it from that same site in the TCX format that the Garmin 800 uses IIRC.

Here are the links to the routes I took in May last year. I learnt something on the 1st and last days (do not let your Garmin run out of battery, otherwise the data will become corrupt).

Lands End to Okehampton (corrupt data 107 miles 9990ft climbing, brutal day)
Okehampton to Tiverton http://connect.garmin.com/activity/84338208 Day 2 am
Tiverton to Bridgewater http://connect.garmin.com/activity/84338152 Day 2 pm
Bridgewater to Trumpet http://connect.garmin.com/activity/84971711 Day 3
Trumpet to Shrewsbury http://connect.garmin.com/activity/84971671 Day 4 am
Shrewsbury to Delamere http://connect.garmin.com/activity/84971645 Day 4 pm
Delamere to Warrington http://connect.garmin.com/activity/84971618 Day 5 am
Warrington to Bolton le Sands http://connect.garmin.com/activity/84971605 Day 5pm
Bolton le Sands to Lockerbie http://connect.garmin.com/activity/85686115 Day 6
Lockerbie to Alexandria http://connect.garmin.com/activity/85686084 Day 7 (forgot to restart after leaving Tesco in Lesmahagow)
Alexandria to Fort William http://connect.garmin.com/activity/85686056 Day 8 (favourite by far)
Fort William to Evanton http://connect.garmin.com/activity/86854839 Day 9
Evanton to John O'Groats (corrupt data 104 miles 4,800 ft climbing) Basically A9 to Wick then follow the signs....!!!

Hope these help, this was route I took which was a total of 887 miles. Fantastic fun and when asked If I would do it again the answer is definatly next time I would like to do it with company.

Other than these, have a play around with the new course creator on the Routes section of the Dashboard.
