just a reminder, it's just over a month away now. We have more entries than we had at the the same time last year and it's looking like we will have enough to make a great event.
This must be one of the most enjoyable 100 mile rides anywhere. Where else can you get this scenary with so little effort?

I can't make it this year, but I might be up visiting Scottish family in the Oban area at that time next year so I will see if I can make it next time.

If you are looking to do your first 100 mile ride, this is a good one to aim for, 1) because of the fantastic scenary to take your mind off the pain, 2) the cakes you get on the way, 3) the last 35 miles is downhill or flat. But you will have to do 3 mile warm up before the start to be sure you do the full 100.

I suggest that you quickly start another thread for this year's event!
It is confirmed that I am going to be based near Oban that weekend and I am hoping that a friend will drive me over for the ride. I may even get one or two local cousins to join us.
