London to Diss

Hey I'm planning a trip (see title) and was wondering if anyone had done a similar.

think i might take 3/4 days to do it. and thats due to taking time to atop and relax every now and then.

I was going to write something about distance and time until I noticed that this is in Touring...what the hell I'll write it anyway - I did the Dunwich Dynamo and cycled home (7 miles further up the A140) in just over 9 hours ride time.

I take it you have a more meandering route planned?
