Looking for cycling partner (or 2) to join me London to Paris in 2012 for charity for 5 days and finishing day before TDF hits Paris in July so i can see end


Not interested in organised rides as 50% of money raised goes to them so want to raise money myself.

If your cycling to Paris , why does your ride partner ( or 2) need to libe in the midlands ???

Main reason is that because its a longish trip that we could train together for 3 or 4 months before the trip and obviously get to know each other better before spending 5 days in each others pockets so to speak

But open to suggestions

you'd be welcome to join us for the latter part of your trip. We'd leave the centre of London at midnight Thursday, cycle to Newhaven, catch the Friday morning ferry then go on another twenty miles or so that afternoon. We'd then cycle the 86 miles or so to the centre of Paris on the Saturday.

If you're planning to return by Eurostar then might I suggest a look at.......

Hi Paul,

Ok, but i am away fri night to sat afternoon then on a 25 mile Sky Ride sunday so will talk late sunday or early next week.

Whats youre average mileage per week at the moment
