There's a Travelodge in Staines, and in Egham. Both have parking, both have mainline stations that will take you into London. Both are a couple of minutes from M25 J13.

It's a bit more complicated than that...
There are endless hotels around Heathrow with free parking and cheap rooms - I'd take a look on Expedia or similar, and then compare and contrast with the website of [insert name of your favourite budget hotel chain]. Most of the hotels near Heathrow are connected with the airport by a bus (chargeable) and then you can either get the Heathrow Express to Paddington inside 20 minutes or else take the tube to central London (£4 single with an Oyster or wave-and-pay card but takes an hour).

Nor sure about the Travelodge's in the area you're looking at, but check their website carefully. Many of them have 'parking' but it's an additional cost and on a nearby carpark, nothing to do with travelodge.

Stayed in Premier Inn as Sunbury on Thames a couple of weeks before Xmas. Car park was part of hotel but £5 on top of room cost. Car park had plenty spaces but VERY tight for maneuvering space. Couldn't get my Skoda Roomster into one space 'cos car next to it was ever so slightly off centre.

We always stay at the Mandarin Oriental when we're in Town, or The Savoy if we're roughing it.

I was going to suggest TL twickenham right beside the station, parking in separate facility for £10. Also Brentford ("Kew Bridge") which is just across the river from Kew Gardens, and close to trains station.

If you are travelling on a weekend, check planned engineering. An easy journey turns into a god-awful faff with bus-replacement services.

The two hotels at chessington world of adventures do cheap rooms at this time of year when the park is shut, plus the train station is close by. There is a holiday inn and a travel lodge, just off M25 jct 9.
