For those that know him, Mark is doing ok and has just set me some of his 'EPO-rich cycling flapjack' - it was superb, and I'll be taking a nap next Thursday.
Seriously, he has work, and other work, is generally being "well looked after", and is in his usual optimistic frame of mind, and if it wasn't for the bastards who broke into his property and stole his PC goodies, he would be on here, telling much the same story. In fact, he's so busy, he "probably" can't spare the time to do the Friday night Ride 'down his way' next month! Good luck to him.

As a PS. His stationery is made from tobacco leaves. I will be rolling it later and smoking like the prose...
