The rear wheel appears to have radial spoking on both sides. The conventional belief is that this shouldn't be done because the spoke tension would go up too much under torque, resulting in a higher risk of spoke or flange breakage.
, I think that 72 spokes a wheel should deal with the tension issue 
They probably did it from the other side of the rim using a screwdriver.I would imagine building one of those wheels would be an exercise in patience and concentration. It's hard enough with 36 spokes. Every time you turn the spoke key you'd hit another spoke.
