hello people,
i mainly joined this forum for advice as i'm a newb.
I bought a road bike last year and liked it but didn't love it,
so this year bought a cannondale badboy 29er which i really love.
i got furious fred tyres fitted as i ride a lot of cross trails and old cycle paths,
however recently i have started a lot more road riding and am looking for a good tyre for the road.
The tyre size is 700c im looking for but probably about 35c as not sure a thinner tyre will fit.
The furious freds are really light so not even sure a road tyre will make much difference.
Any advice will help
cheers

Hi, Schwalbe Kojak 700c x 35mm, rgds, sreten.

Your FF's will fine on the road the more they wear, the
point of the above is not to wear them out for offroad.

FWIW just fitting a Kojak on the back is a very decent idea,
as the rear wears 3 times as fast as the front, usually,
and is the majority of the rolling resistance onroad.
Said bike can handle mild offroad, slippy back end,
but inportantly an as usual secure front end.
