nice ride in today too! Hello to the chap who I met half way going the same way as me - nice to be towed along for a bit! I don't think I did too badly when I was towing you (considering I didn't get to bed till the wee hours of the morning).

Nice to semi-cycle with someone, boosted my average to 17mph...not bad when you're a bit hungover!

I take mine off when it isn't dark as they come off every so often!
