Motor bikes are far too dangerous, you have to wear an helmet to ride one.

I'm with you FB. I too have been riding both motorcycles and bicycles for many years, and quite happily mix the two (not at the same time obviously!). Each ticks their own different boxes for me.

Used to ride a motorbike but sold it some years ago. Sometime think of resuming in this bit of France where the roads are quieter and then think again.

I have an advanced bike license and 20 years of experience, but nothing compares to being self propelled. I sold my triumph trophy 1200 in January. I now AM my powered transport and I just love it.

 :bicycle:

You need to twist the throttle a little more then i think you'll find that motorcycling is slightly more exhilarating than pedalling

Yes, I do them both and enjoy them both for different reasons. If I had to get rid of one though, I'm afraid to say it'd be the bicycle :secret:

Love motorbikes, never been on one though. I'm bad enough on pedal power - I'd be straight into the first stone wall on a motorised bike !

Not ridden a motorbike for ages, but I keep thinking of getting one.
Last time was a hired scooter in Sardinia. Sun and empty roads :becool:

Knew I shouldn't of put it. It's because I don't have/want a car, so 2 wheels is the way I get around all year. Due to this, on a bicycle I can't just do a motorway journey for a couple of hours and be at the coast, instead I'd have to pedal for well over twice the time which means I can't have 'day trips' to places etc etc. They're both brilliant in their own respects, and I'm not planning on getting rid of either...at all.
