madison cycles contact email?

does anyone know the customer services email for madison cycles, the importers.
i've just got one of their electron 4 led front lights and no matter how i fit it it wont face forwards, only pointing off to one side.
i think they've supplied the rear light seatpost bracklet with the front light.
they're all the same in the shop.
pretty poor when a front light won't face fuly forwards!
i can fettle it but it stinks of cost cutting to me.

found the email address and told them. got the usual couldn't care less reply from them.

Your contract is with the retailer BTW, Madison don't have a public interface.
