Yep looks like the worn out road markings have been repainted by someone who didn't know what they were doing, on the other hand it could be photo shopped, personally I can't tell which.

Once you knew how to use it, the Swindon one was brilliant. Several routes for the same exit that you could choose depending on congestion.

Of course both of them are a little more expanded, so it's a little less easy to pretend to be incompetent when you go round them.

Busted. But I refuse to approach these these things in a compliant frame of mind. If you've got to the point where you think you need to build something this idiotic, you should throw everything away and start again.

We just have a regular roundabout, and it's a bit of a tourist attraction. It does have a little stream of water running around it, and a lot of cyclists and students snoozing on the little thing hill in the middle of it. And a carriage ride now and then.
