Magnetic Bracelets

I was just wondering as too, does anyone here use or have any opinions on those copper magnetic brackets.
With the advancing year's,I'm starting to suffer with the usual aching and stiff joints and I saw some of these bracelets today in my local pharmacy which are supposed to help with the aforementioned.
Are they a con and a waste of money or have you had one and actually felt the benefits of them.
I've seen these things around as far as I can remember to which makes me think there must be something beneficial about them.

If you do a google search you will find scientific papers saying there is no evidence what so ever that they have any effect.

In fact I put Magnetic copper bracelets any evidence that they work in to google. There was study after study that found they had no effect on arthritic type pain.

Get a smart bracelet, they have usb-c socket. Plug yourself in when sleeping.

I did. And it made no difference, although my aches and pains are due to injury rather than Arthur Eyetest.

If I told you they work and I had been pain free since using one. Do you really believe that it would work.
You could always try spraying WD 40 on your joints, there are people who believe it works.😉

Imo, you'd be better joining a pilates or yoga class.

Doesn't matter if they work or not, or if they have a placebo affect. They are relatively cheap and they make good "fidget" toys, so try one.

Listen to the lyrics - Iron Man came about following exposure to the great magnetic field, wherein he was turned to steel. Definitely steer clear of those bracelets.

Be useful collecting loose paper clips etc
