Once again the local arts group and cycle club in Malvern, Worcestershire are putting on the almost legendary Sir Edward Elgar Up Hill Bicycle Challenge 
A quid gets you as many goes as you want, the course is only 150 metres and the record stands at 17 secs.
Prizes donated by local bike shops Echelon of Pershore and Back on Track Bikes of Malvern plus Riding High Gallery and the local Argos store.
The event is on Sunday 12th June, starting at about 10am and finishing around 3.30pm. Location is Church Street in the centre of Great Malvern and the road is closed all day to cars and buses.
The race attracts all sorts of riders from top local fast men, bmxers, old boys on ancient 5 speed Raleighs and folk on electric bikes...
