i need advice Due to fly tipping litter louts and dog poo Burnopfield is turning into a rubbish tip so I have decided to become a Masked Avenger and put all to right. My questions are do I need a license or permit. Do I need a right to work in the U.K. check a criminal disclosure check and any other checks. Also I have arthritis ,deafness and colour blindness will this be a disadvantage. Oh I nearly forgot I need a name (suggestions please)do I need to register etc etc.
