My wife loves this, and loves fine food, but I just don't get it.
I don't know what a "chef on the edge" is or what "pushing the envelope" is when applied to food. And the food critics look like complete miserable sods.
My idea of a nightmare meal involves an exaltation of leeks or anything "styled".
I just use food as fuel.
