Mature cycling companions-S.Wales

Having just added a Trek 1.2 to my 'stable' I'm keen to get some miles in during the week before joining a club.
I'd be pleased to hear from any riders in the 60-70 age group who fancy joining me.I'm based in Llantrisant (right on top of the Hill )
One run could be to Cowbridge,where, I understand,some Cardiff riders meet at a cafe on Wed morns. Mike.

Hmm bit late having only just joined the forum but try getting in contact with Acme Wheelers, phone numbers on the website. A few of the older members maybe able to sort you out for a ride and one member lives barely a stones throw away from you i would guess.
Trying to avoid the cowbridge cafe myself , bacon and egg rolls hmmmmmmm lol
