Mavic cxp22 - worth an upgrade?

Current bike has Mavic CXP22 wheels on, are these any good and is it worth upgrading?

Budget of £150 can get me a pair of Shimano RS30, or fulcrum 5

(based on merlin cycles website)

Is it worth spending out on any of the above, or leave as is.

Trying to get the bike a bit better on the hills etc

£150 won't get you much - if any - improvement on CXP22s. Leave as is and work on getting yourself better on hills...

Placebo affect in your head,but no real differential from your current wheels.
Look at tyres for a bigger gain and train harder

Don't listen to them, of course an upgrade will make you better on hills and i'll give you £50 for your old ones.
