Hi to everyone new to recumbent bikes due to having fusion to my lower spine {yuk} couldnt ride a upright so a friend of mine has a nazca fuego love it to bits and pesuaded me to give it a go . B est advice I ever had shows me that if you suffer a disability you do have an ABILITY to do something else, had advice from many of you bentnauts about trying to ride a bent which as been most helpfull and can now slowly start,off, ride and turn without falling off !!! big thanks and a merry xmas to you all neil
