This turkey was dinner on xmas day. Ready for the oven...looks likes it's stuffed with maggots but I can assure you it's part-cooked biriani rice with paxo the rooster booster, herbs and cashew nuts.

We had a £35 beef joint for Xmas dinner - paid full price though. But it served 6 adults and two littles on the day, plus 5 adults for sandwiches in the evening*, then another supper for 3 on Boxing Day and enough left over for my Mum to have another couple of big sandwiches.
