I'm neither, but if I was I'd be keeping a close eye on this - 853, plus you can be sure of good components. My guess is it'll go for a lot less than it's worth, and with a respray, it could make a very nice fixie indeed. (I hope I don't need to add I have no connection etc...it's just that I have a saved search for 853, and this popped up.)
