Cycled home today carrying 10kg of ankle weights in a carrier bag which broke.
Fell off six times before I decided to push it.
I lost my Sigma Targa cycle computer, I broke my airzound and my wedgebag!
All in all my ride/walk home was pants.

Sheesh, sounds terrible!

I had one off trying to ride up a steep slow covered path until I just wheel spinned and fell over on the side I hadn't unclipped from, but your trip ......!

I think I would have given up and phoned for a lift.

Where in London? I didn't ride home but the roads looked fine, my front brake blocks finally ran out of rubber on the ride in so I decided toleave the bike at work

You tried to carry 10kg in a bag on the handlebar?

The Glue that binds us together.
I rode to work this morning, but i did walk all the way home, i could have cycled on the main roads, but i needed to bring a car battery home for the other halfs car, so it was battery in one hand and push the bike with the other, now i know why they call them push bikes.^_^
PS My arms don't arf ache.

The main roads were fine there were just slushy it was the side roads near my house.
The bag has come off the bracket.
No I was riding with one hand and holding the carrier bag in the other hand and swapping as each arm got tired.
When I was pushing the bike I had one hanging off each grip.

Would have made sense to put the ankle weights on your...... ankles, rather than making a fool of yourself riding 1-handed?
