Memory Map and NCN

Does anyone know of a link to a site which has Memory Map routes for the National Cycle Network? I've tried various sites, but have yet to find any. I'm particularly interested in Cycle Route 5, Holyhead to Chester.

If all else fails, read the legend. I've just realised that the cycle network is shown on Memory Map. DOH!

Most of the sites rely on people putting up their routes.

It is trial and error.

I got most of the Hadrians Wall off Bikely.
