All done! If it does replace the Dawes (which I'm actually quite fond of), I'll be fitting the dynamo setup and rear rack to the Mercian.
Still to do is touch up the paint where I had to grind off the brake cable stops, remove and refit the bottom bracket after tapping out the threads, fit a Brooks saddle and replace the wheel bearings. But for now, it's done.
