merlin free delivery

What is going on with Merlin's free delivery over £60? My basket is £80 odd quid and the option for free delivery is not there, just next day delivery with DPD @ £6.95. I have had the free delivery as recently as late July!

Minimum spend with Merlin has shot up in the last year for free delivery, they were taken over at some point in recent past, not sure when as I've bought very little bike gear in general in the last three years besides the VEL 50RL wheels I optimistically bought in the early weeks of what became long covid when they would have made a difference a few months previous.
