midweek ride starting south manchester

Hello all, know there's a fair few folks in south manc, I'm off work for the next 2 weeks and fancy getting out a fair bit. Thought if I could find a few like minded riders off work also I'd be more inclined to get out on the road rather than sit in my pants watching the sopranos and eating jaffa cakes.

So anyone fancy 30-70 miles (depending on how hilly) one week day this or next week?. Pace would be steady perhaps with a brew/cake stop, I was thinking start somewhere near didsbury then maybe, macc, buxton area. but im open to ideas.

thats a shame dan!-bad luck eh. I work in a school and im on easter holidays a full two weeks before anyone else-so have no one to knock about with. still plenty of bank holidays coming up so maybe a ride then?

And I'm just back to work after 5 weeks sick........ couldn't have ridden in the peaks though - it was flat miles only !
