44 this morning, roads covered in frost and ice, back at work tomorrow so the miles will start to build up.

Nothing yet, have just moved job location and so have to find a bike and a route for cycling. Living on the 13th floor of a block of flats does not bode well for storing a bike either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's been icy/snowy since NYE round these parts, so no riding but I've done 80km of power based training on the rollers and turbo so far (no low resistance spinning here).

I'm getting so frustrated now, this weather is just annoying. I'm hoping to reach 5000 miles this year (no commuting) but have struggled to 50 so far, and didn't enjoy it. Bring on the spring...
