Hi all,
last week I did a mini tour...... Looe to Bude return. Cornish hills and full on sunshine
Day 1: from Looe via narrow country lanes to Callington and from there to Bude.
88.1 km (54.7 miles) does not seem much but with 1448 meter ascent (4750 feet) it was enough. Stayed in a nice B&B overlooking the golf course.
Day 2: After a good night sleep I got on my way home by narrow single track lanes by the coast. Followed the Sustrans route 3 for a while..........a mistake as it took me by 30% hills
Nevertheless the view it is sooooo beautiful and I met only 5 cars in 30 km........nice..... over Bodmin moor and after 91 km (56.5 miles) and 1167 meter ascent (4750 feet) I was home again.
English is not my first language (I am Swedish) so please excuse my grammar. Looking forward to my next tour.......
