Funnily enough I am just eating Cathryn's Mum's Special Flapjack recipe - made last night. Crushed hazelnut, sesame, fancy cherries from Holland and Barrett, pumpkin seeds and Sri Lankan palm syrup

I'm definitely going to go for chocolate in the next batch. That gezza ate about a 1/4 hectare when he 'popped round' at the weekend
and also, the batch I made with fresh ginger was slightly overcooked.
Now I'm thinking dark chocolate and ginger...
