Well it will vary by operator I would have thought, but anyway, for me with O2, to Dubai (same country so the same) it was about 25p a text and nearly £1 per minute on calls earlier this year i.e. expensive.

As vernon says, get an exact answer from your service provider (or their website).

Operators have long documentation that should tell you. I'd expect it to be either 20p or 40p (it is on my network). Talking is very hard to say.

I don't know the costs, but Lebara is a very cheap pay-as-you-go card to all parts of the world.

It's what I use both here and in the UK and is a lot cheaper than more established rip-off merchants suppliers!
