Its a damp day in Fife. Grandson has opened his birthday presents and disappeared back in to his room. However the dart board Mrs W bought on a bit of a whim has gone down very well. “ How did you know I wanted one of those”
Physically I appear to getting worse as I can’t lift my arm above shoulder height and have had to increase the painkillers at times.

on late shift but had to go to derby hospital for 8 am to return a hrm for mrs ck , im going to work in the car today as i start at 2.30 pm and at minimum i will finish at midnight but were are behind after a breakdown last week so it could be anywhere up to 2 am .
