Morning all. Dry and bright here at the minute. Builders due any minute, work about 2/3 through will be glad when its finished so I can start decorating. Hopefully im going for a ride a bit later.

Running late after a bad sleep and the alarm didn't go off, but no meetings till late morning, so not a problem. Made a change leaving the house in daylight, mind. Coffee needed when I land in the office...

Dry and bright here but it’s very windy again. Fence man has turned to fix next doors fence that the bloke delivering our logs ran in to. So it will be finish coffee walk Bertie then see if I’ve recovered enough for yesterdays effort to do something today.

Gone from positively mild yesterday to an arctic blast of drizzle.
In the orifice and have just realised I have no more coffee!! Might have to go to an outlet and buy an expensive one.

It's warming up slighty so today involves work, followed by some wiring at home and getting stuff ready for the first pre-work ride of the year in the morning.

On late shift so I don't start till 2.30 pm but had to drop off Mrs CK for a hospital appointment and she's catching the bus home so I'm at work a good 40 mins earlier than I should be . If I had driven home I would have been near enough time to go to work anyway so I'm just chilling before I start.
Looking unlikely that I will cycle as there is something cracking off every day and the roadworks on my cycle commute has traffic backing up for up to an hour which I can avoid on another route which is not feasible for the bike

Yesterday I didn’t have cold and I rode my bike, today I have cold. Also would this account for my Heart rate monitor showing a H/R of 225.
I await your wisdom while having a dram which Mrs W says will get rid of my cold.🤷🏼‍♂️

No, but many drams will help you not notice being unwell...
The high HR was a sign that you already had a virus on the ride.
