My wife's parent are a bit older and not into this interweb malarkey so have been with their energy supplier for years and never questioned it.
So last year after a mahoosive Bill that my wife saw she convinced them.to shop around and switch supplier, but by that time they had already been paying extortionate amounts for years even though the energy supplier they were with had cheaper tariffs available.
I know now that they are having to be more transparent and switch to you to cheaper tariffs but is there a way to claim back some of the money they were previously being over charged?
