For those haters who say don't, tough. I've just bought my first video cam - Muvi Atom. Not he wor;ds greatest - but it's tiny, light, tough enough and was cheap at the Cycle show at the NEC last weekend.

Setting it up is proving to be a bit trickier though.
Where's best to mount it? I've tried handlebars, frame, lapel, so far none of which seem to work that well - either bad vibration or badly angled. Haven't got a decent helmet mount, but could try that I suppose.

What sort of angle is best - do you want mostly the offside road, or more of a distance view, Or is nearside better?

What software do people use to edit the video down to sensible lengths. Nobody wants to watch 5 mins of stationary traffic at a red light!
Anything else I should know?
Thanks for any advise!

I personally have it setup on my helmet so as I'm in my natural position on the hoods, it looks down the road. You don't want it looking at the road or the sky for obvious reasons.

Try the helmet mount, it might be the best one of the lot.
