Morecambe, Lancaster 40yrs+ Fancy some easy days out?

Hi, I,m a new member aged 53 and living in Morecambe. I,m looking to get fit again after an illness and have been doing the Glasson Dock/ Crook,o,Lune runs. I take it easy and enjoy the scenery..if you are 40+ and fancy having a go sometime soon, please let me know. Thanks

I am am 50 this year and haven't been on my bike for months now(gave up for winter). I live 5mins from junction 36 M6 in Endmoor near Kendal. I might be interested in hooking up for some gentle rides in a month or so to get fit again. Not sure about how to PM somebody on here or even if I can leave my e-mail address.
