Slightly backwards start since I've already strayed into "technical", but hello

Just back into cycling after having an old MTB pinched, and so have gone road again - well, flat bar Trek 7.5 FX at least.

Mainly riding for fitness and fun at the moment, but might commute as and when my work get some secure storage facilities sorted - central London so no way I'm leaving the bike out on the street.

Ha ha, just found my intro post from a couple of years ago

Managed 16 post in two years - guess I'd better buck my ideas up....

Anyhow, commuting proper has now started since my new company at least has somewhere inside to store my bike

Trek 7.5 now ditched as it was too uncomfy and I just didn't get on with it. Now on a Spesh Secteur which is a dream so far.
