Feeling sorry for a 5 place penalty on Carlos sainz for a racing incident on lap 7 of previous GP .
Qualifying was interesting and again a few drivers out of place on the grid so could be some carnage.
Bearman was quite quick

The driver salary, and salary of the 3 highest paid team members are exempt from the cap so if it is RB itll be for a reason other than that.
Rumours are that Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull are in the clear, but until the FIA signs the certificates of conformity no one really knows.
That said, a process of elimination suggests its not Aston Martin either.
Id laugh my arse of if it were Mercedes after Tinto's high and mighty opinions on the subject of teams that breach.

It was. A tody qualifying from Norris and he capitalised very well con the clean air advantage. Can he keep it up? Will I be wrong about him never being champion? I may be eating my words before too long.
Max salvaged something from the day and keeps his hopes alive.
Piastri seems to have gone totally off the boil since team-ordergate.

Missed the race but did see qualifying, mildly surprised to see how well Haas were doing, is that consistent from them, have they leaped ahead some ?
Again, stopped following F1 so much but earlier in the season Piastri seemed to hold the keys, now it's Norris. Am I hearing right his dad has injected millions in thus giving Norris a huge boost ?

The beauty is there are now 3 drivers in with a sniff. Norris leads, just, but we've seen this season how suddenly he or his team mate can go off the boil.
And theres Max, still the outsider but consistently making big gains each race.
Much better than having the championship mathematically decided eith 10 races to go or some such.
