Guys,

I'm looking for a recommendation for a decent mountain bike saddle. I know it's very much horses for courses in terms of saddle fit etc but I'm just interested in what works for you.

I suffer badly from 'numb nuts' and got round this on my ride bike with a Specialized Gel Toupé, which I love. I have tried the same on my mountain bike but, due to a much harder ride off road, it isn't exactly comfortable.

What works for you??

is you saddle in correct positoin? try changing the angle to see if it helps or not.

I find flite saddles to be comfy

I had a Flite too and it was pretty good. But I switched to Fizik Gobi saddles a couple of years ago. What the Flite and Gobi have in common is being quite slender and firm. They also have titanium saddle rails which adds a wee bit of flex (very welcome on my aluminium hardtail).
