As i passed the channel tunnel road works (see previous post) today I had chucked garlic at them last night in the hope they may break through to France quicker than expected. I saw the strangest thing coming down the hill althought there was no noise to assoicate it with what it must have been, i saw a young lad on a mountain bike no lights black clothes etc usual nob, except he must have been trying to audition for ringo stars job as he was smoking a cig at the same time, surely there cant be much demand for a thomas the tank engine impersanator in Gravesend. Either that or we could all save money on lights for our bike by taking up smoking .
