Bought one of these on ebay for my short commute to work. Rode through really torrential rain yesterday and my shirt underneath stayed bone dry. impressed.
I think they are about £25 to £35 new are bright orange with black arms have a mesh lining ,a small zip up chest pocket which kept my phone dry as well.
I got the xl which is bigger than expected but ok for me as I can fit a fleece jacket underneath in really cold weather.My trip to work is mostly downhill going to work so need to be warm going to work then use less layers of clothing coming home up some steep climbs.
