I have started it about 2 weeks ago, working on it at week-ends and between showers. It is 3 metres wide by 2.5 metres deep, so should be big enough to provide shelter for my bikes and a work bench. My next step now is to put a roof on it, finish the floor, make a door and window including some shutters, insulate it , panel it and there you go, I will have my very own holiday home in my back garden. Hoping to have it finished by the end of the month.

You are in good company. Keith Richards asked to be allowed a shed on Desert Island Discs.
