Well I've got a Claud Butler Rock Mtb. I've owned it for approx 10yrs, I've only replaced the bb last year, all I've ever done it lube the chain and given it a pressure was off from time time time. But I've decided I'm gonna treat it and re grease all the wheel bearings or replace if required, also gonna do the cables as gears are now sloppy and brakes are poor. Looking forward to it though. Tonight before my ride home from work I decided to adjust the seat as it was low, and it feels totally different. Seat was adjusted when first got it bit didn't know best set up. Until I've got into road biking I'm learning. Anyhow should I just do inner cables or should I do outers aswell? And are wheel bearings standard? Or will I need.to remove and then take to lbs? And is it worth doing the.headset bearings?
