So... there are TCR Composites and TCR Advanceds. But not TCR Advanced Composites.

Think that is a TCR Advanced 1.

I would say nice one but I guess you'll keep it for about a month...

Those pedals though will lose you some serious go.

(I think we talked about this once, possibly) ?

Anyway, if we didn't then try this, get your cleated pedals fitted, then before you go anywhere, either, stick it on a turbo or simply lean against a wall (indoors is preferable) & practice pedalling (back pedalling) & unclipping.

No one will see you & you can watch the TdF, Coronation St, CeeBeebies or whatever you like to take away the boredom of the repetition.

A couple hours of this & you will be a clipless Ninja.
