My ride yesterday

My ride yesterday was in the back of an ambulance.The day started great cooked dinner ironed did some cleaning.Still resting after eye op.
Then it started dizziness house objects swimming head spinning then the sickness.Vomitting,i was vomitting when the first responder arrived.Six hours i was in St Jimmies.Vomitting head spinning.
It turned out to be an inner ear viral infection,no treatment other than an injection to stop me vomitting or feeling sick.
Feel weak this morning but at least the porridge has stayed down.A few more days before i feel like riding the bike.
The vomitting was worse than when i had the gallbladder problem.Ah well all in the fun packed days of a retired postman.

Get Well Soon! At least it was only an ear infection. I get GBH of the ear'ole from the enemy every day, and I'm OK.

Feeling fantastic,going out to Saltaire on the mountain bike down the tow path on saturday,been to Evans for a bell today.Down to Aldi this morning for one of those cycle computers £4-99p 3 year guarantee on it.
I have also done a load of cleaning and some large windows in the house have been cleaned.A ride to Rufforth is planned tuesday on the Secteur and thursday Angram and Scarhouse res,are going to get a visit thanks to a mate with a van,we shall park in Pateley Bridge then it's just a hop skip and jump to said waters.
All is well in Meanwood.
