As the title says, he is and he wants me to go me him for advice. He want a hybryd and his budget is up to £500, less if possible. We are going to the Bike factory in Chester on wednesday to have a look. Anyone dealt with them and what is the service like? My son is 38 years old and is new to cycling and rather unfit at the moment.
Any good advice from you people?

Well, he's done it. Went to Chester this afternoon to the Specialized Concept store, next door to the Bike factory, with my son and he has bought a Specialized Sirrus Hybrid for £400 + £50 worth of free accessories of his choice. He will be collecting it on saturday so I will go with him again as I really like his bike and am thinking of getting one for myself ( please don't tell my wife!) The trouble is that If i do, which bike will I use most afterwards as the Sirrus and my Allez are totally different bikes! Do you have this problem and how do you decide which to use? Decisions, decisions....

Sirrus are a great bike, got me interested more and ended up selling for a drop bar. Sometimes wish i still had it for the commute even though i love the Boardman CX that replaced it that needs a little more tinkering to keep running sweet
