Evening everyone
Got some Shimano gear and brake cable from my LBS with a bag of ferrules etc these were also in the bag , any one know what they are and used for

Not 100%, but I believe you place them over the end of the cable once you've fitted it, and crimp them with pliers to hold them in place, stops the ends of the cable from fraying.

Hi I've got the crimping ferrules , these things have a thread inside ,and ten times the size of those ferrules
