It's finally arrived! After a mess up by Evans mail order im now the proud owner of a specialized allez compact.

Picked it up yesterday and practiced clipping in and out of the m 520's and setting up the cat eye cadence computer.

Got the bike for £450 after price matching the claud butler roubaix then them messing the order around and offering me a bike up to the value of the roubaix (£600) all on the ride to work scheme too!

keys came out! the bike is locked to another bik, which is locked to a security bike rack on the wall! the door is locked as well all the time! my 2 bikes cost more than my car! lol. i need a track pump now.

im 6'2" and wondered if the 61 cm frame would be too big! lol. lots of seatpost!!

im now a proper cyclist! lol. first clipless moment today, unclip the left foot, bike topples right! nice to hit a frozen ground from 6 foot up! lol. loving the ride though, and have now got used to clipless so its all downhill from here
